Our Story so far...
Established in 1999, I started up Direct Floors Ltd after leaving a flooring distributor as a representative selling carpet and flooring to the retail sector to pursue my dream of working for myself. I've worked for large carpet retailers in my early years and during this time missed the direct connection with customers. So I now specialise in a home selection service going directly to the customer and I haven't looked back since.
I'm aways looking at offering the best deals too, therefore offering every customer great value for money. I source several stock rolls of carpets, pallets of wood floors and underlays all of which have been discontinued at the factory, stored in our unit in Redditch.
However I'm not alone. We are a local family business surrounded with a supporting team including my wife who keeps all of our customers happy on the phone and keeps the books in order! My loyal fitters who I have known for over 25 years keep our customers happy with a familiar face, expert advice and installs, not forgetting our free uplift of old carpet and moving furniture service for o.a.p and the disabled. This always keeps our loyal customers coming back and recommending our company time after time.
I'm sure after 23 years trading and having over 6000 customers we must be making the right impression!
